Price matters, and it matters to us as much as to you. We use our buying power to make sure you always get the lowest prices. Find a lower price on any product on our website at a registered ROSA member supplier and we’ll match it and credit you 110% of the difference, for up to 30 days after purchase. Excludes specials, end-of-line, discontinued or liquidation sales; the competitor’s valid quote must match brand, size, colour and branding.

You have a deadline, we understand. We guarantee your products are delivered on time. We can’t be held responsible for courier delays (especially lost packages), but under certain circumstances we’ll use a faster shipping method at our own expense to get your goods to you on time. We guarantee the day, not the exact time. And we offer FREE delivery, check with your account manager to see if your order qualifies.

Unbranded samples of products can be purchased online or through your Account Manager, then returned within 7 business days for a credit or refund.

Left it till the last minute? Don’t stress, we can make it happen. We have a range of items we can brand with your logo within 24 to 48 hours. Just ask your Account Manager; we’ll do the stressing and make sure you have your products on time.
